I wanted to check in on this holiday, and after what has been a couple weeks of radio silence. It has been a crazy period for me: I started back to school, and am teaching more classes than I have before. Of course, my ultimate goal is to transition to doing photography full-time and, its funny, taking on more at my “through-the-week job” even as my buisness continues to expand. Right now, though, I’m just doing my best to enjoy all of my opportunities. Growth doesn’t come without stretching–and maybe even the occassional growing pain–but I couldn’t be more grateful for this journey I’m on.
And I’m also grateful for cooler weather, and the promise it brings that it will soon be time for tea, boots and sweaters–I do so love the fall! I have some gorgeous weddings, and maybe even a new project or two, to share with you very soon. For now, though, I hope you had a relaxing holiday, surrounded by those you love.
